First Reconciliation and First Communion
First Reconciliation and First Communion are given to second graders and older who have not yet received these sacraments and who are registered in Sacred Heart School or Faith Formation Program. For more information, contact Bunny Brouillard, 763-537-4561 ext 105.

Confirmation
Confirmation is administered to tenth graders and older who have not yet received Confirmation. Candidates must either attend a Catholic High School or have attended ongoing Religious Education Classes in order to receive this sacrament. Confirmation classes are offered in addition to regular religion classes. For more information, contact Melissa Stahl, 763-537-4561 ext 103.

Home Communion
Home Communion can be arranged for the home bound and those recovering at home from surgery or illness. Call the Parish Office, 763-537-4561.

Sacred Heart Faith Formation Program
This is for children in 1st - 10th grades who attend public schools. Classes are Wednesday evenings, 6:45 - 7:45pm, beginning the first week of October. These classes are for Elementary, Middle School and Senior High. Registration is May - July of each year for the following year. Sacred Heart Sunday School Program
This is for children ages 3 years - Kindergarten. Classes are from 10 - 11am on Sunday mornings October through April. Registration is May - July of each year for the following year. If you need more information about the Sunday School Program, please call Bunny Brouillard, 763-537-4561 ext 105.

Adult Education
Meets once a month for people of all ages to explore Christian topics and includes a Book Club.

Young Adults
Young Adults, ages 18 - 39, single or married meet twice per month for social, catechetical and prayer.
